Congratulations to Izzie Neilson who was awarded the Progress Leader Junior Sports Star of the Year award on the 17th of November.
The INCC/MLC paddler was recognised for her amazing results at the Australian National Marathon Championships and ICF World Marathon Championships earlier in the year where she placed 9th in singles and 11th in doubles.
Her partner Steph Langley, who was also nominated for the award, came 20th in singles in addition to her doubles success with Izzie.
