Private coaching

INCC has several qualified coaches available for private coaching.

Our level 2 coach can assist intermediate to experienced or advanced paddlers with technique, racing and conditioning.

Level 1 coaches are available to assist beginners through to intermediate level paddlers in private lessons or shared groups sessions.

Carol Osborn (level 1 flatwater)

Carol holds CPR & Level 2, 1st Aid qualifications, Working with Children and Police record checks. Carol has been coaching for 2 years and conducts our junior program. She is available for group and or private kayak lessons and can be contacted on 0487 157 260 or email

Mark Chapple (level 1 flatwater)

Mark has been coaching since 2011 but has over ten years experience training individuals and groups in a number of sports. He is available most weekends and during the week by appointment. Mark competes at state level and can be contacted by email.

Suzanne Lipe (Level 1, Flatwater)

Suzanne is an active member of the club, who trains regularly with our squad and paddles for the club in organized racing events.  She also enjoys sharing her love of kayaking with beginners and developing paddlers, working with individuals or small groups.  Sessions are available on weekends (and midweek evenings, summer only).  Call for a chat on 9639 6036 or email.

Victoria Langley (Level 1, Flatwater)

Victoria is a highly experienced paddler and coach (kayaking and other outdoor sports) having joined the club through the MLC Kayaking team.  She is available to coach beginners, improve technique for developing paddlers and train experienced paddlers for racing. She is available for group or private lessons on weekends and during the week by appointment and can be contacted by email.

Liam Delany (level 1 flatwater)

Liam has been coaching kayaking since 2004, he has a Sports Science degree and other relevant qualifications to also coach in running, cycling and swimming, including Level 2 first Aid and Working with Children check.
